The proper death face talks for itself lol 💀 - I am incredibly depleted at this point. Very flat and depleted, pushed my body really hard since my last show 2 weeks ago (and the 35 weeks I’ve been on prep to be fair lol). Started refeeding yesterday as there is no more fat to lose and it’s definitely time to bring that physique back to life a bit and fill up those muscles. My baseline for past 2 weeks has been 2200kcals, I now increased to 2800kcals. No other changes so far. It’s just about assessing and adjusting on a daily basis from now on. Still managed to get a little pump during my push session so had to take pictures of it as a proof it happened and keep it as a souvenir 🤣
