Ok, ok…. you guys REALLY wanted to learn how to make the bolognese from this weekends menu. Here you go.
Oh, and don’t forget to measure with your heart, just like @chefmichele 😂 That’s what makes a good bolo. Try it and tell us what you think- or get lucky and have it one day at Gedney Kitchen.

Open Fridays and Saturdays (for now). Soon, back to summer schedule.
We can’t wait to see you :)

❤️❤️❤️

I must say I have been wanting to do this show for the last 7 years and wow I am so grateful to be a part of this !!! Thank you @guyfieri @foodnetwork for letting me be a part of this show and able to cook with so many talented chefs and see old friends and make a lot of new friends what an honor . Tune in Sunday night 8pm and watch the rest of the qualifiers as we battle to get into the main bracket @hbomax @discoveryplus #tournamentofchampions #chefs by @chefmichele

some profiteroles for a last minute dessert at gedney kitchen last week. a light and airy dough with a fresh whipped cream (not too sweet) dipped in chocolate ganache … made just enough to sell out!
