Alanis R.C.

One of the things I'm most grateful for when it comes to my time at @valenciafilmproduction is getting to learn and operate steadicams.

From being convinced that I didn't have what it took to operate— whether it be the strength or the skill— to having the privilege to operate and assist with two Steadicam systems for two of the Capstones (the culmination of the program).

I am beyond thankful to all of those who pushed me to be ambitious despite the odds and the self-doubt.

Getting to operate Steadicams has been one of the most rewarding experiences in my life, and it's only the beginning.
