One of the things I'm most grateful for when it comes to my time at @valenciafilmproduction is getting to learn and operate steadicams. From being convinced that I didn't have what it took to operate— whether it be the strength or the skill— to having the privilege to operate and assist with two Steadicam systems for two of the Capstones (the culmination of the program). I am beyond thankful to all of those who pushed me to be ambitious despite the odds and the self-doubt. Getting to operate Steadicams has been one of the most rewarding experiences in my life, and it's only the beginning. •••••••••••••••••••••••<3••••••••••••••••••••••• #film #valenciacollege #valenciafilmproduction #steadicam One of by @firstproductions25

In preparation for the BTS posts that are coming soon, here is something I like to call "The Many Corners of Film." It happens more often than you'd think. BTS Credits📸: @pradoctions and @thamikeyangelo #film #filmschool #camera by @firstproductions25
That's a wrap on our first Capstone! I had the honor of being 2nd AC for the short film "Entre Marionetas Nos Entendemos." Could not be prouder of this wonderful crew. There was never a moment on set where we were not working together or helping one another to complete our day. Every crew member's hard work and dedication was felt and seen. And most importantly, we were able to help the Director @c.froilez bring his vision to life. Started off the Summer with a bang, and can't wait for the next Capstones! Stay tuned for "Entre Marionetas Nos Entendemos"! BTS Creds: @mapthewastes and @chelseajuarbe #film #filmschool #valenciacollege #capstone by @firstproductions25
The beginning of my black and white film photography journey. I learned a lot and aim to learn more! by @firstproductions25
First time using a film camera for a Film Photography Workshop! I learned how to use a Pentax K1000 film camera, and even got to experiment with exposure and development techniques. Shooting on film is addicting... hehe #filmphotography #anseladams #workshop by @firstproductions25
Had a wonderful time as a PA for a rom com! Met such amazing, talented, sweet people on this set, while also getting to learn and experience the position of production assistant. I learned a lot and can't wait to see the finished product!! Incredibly thankful for this opportunity. See you in the next one! --- 🩵 ----- 🩵 ----- 🩵 ----- 🩵 ----- 🩵 --- #film #indiefilm #filmstudent by @firstproductions25
A few weeks back, a couple of friends and I were given an assignment: film a short documentary in 2 days. Our group decided to document the impact of a certain individual at Valencia College's Live Entertainment Department: Technical Director Fred Lynn. Thank you, Fred, for your dedication and passion.
