Grabbed a few ingredients in Cali and decided to enjoy them in Barstow. S/o @taamhb for the rice and uni sauce. Kept it simple with awesome ingredients.

-Small batch medium grain? Vietnamese rice
-Uni sauce
-O-toro
-Ikura
-Soy sauce & ginger packets
-White soy w/ truffle
-Yuzu juice

All it needed was some green onion.
