There's more to my cake design work than weddings and celebrations!
Over the years, I've created some rather unusual commissions, from realistic edible illusions and miniature buildings to cakes for television, PR campaigns and corporate events.
One of the things I enjoy most is being given an idea and working out how to bring it to life in cake. Sometimes the more unusual the brief, the better!
I've recently put together a new corporate brochure showcasing this side of my work and some of the projects I've had the pleasure of creating.
Whether it's a company anniversary, product launch, brand campaign or special event, there's so much more you can do with cake than you might imagine.
