Affirmations won’t build your confidence. Receipts will. Stop repeating mistakes and start iterating. #Mindset #JimmyCarr #HighPerformance #SelfImprovement #Confidence

Good morning on this first Monday of November! Joining Glam Fam to get the new week started with you with a bit of #mondaymotivation
#cmon 😘

You don’t need everyone to believe in you, you just need the right one. 🧽💯

Aaron Krause invented Scrub Daddy, and a Fortune 500 company passed on it. The sponge sat forgotten in a box for years. When he finally pitched it on Shark Tank, most of the sharks passed too.

Lori Greiner didn’t. She invested $200,000 for 20%, valuing the company at about $1 million. Today Scrub Daddy has done more than $1 billion in sales and is widely called the biggest success in Shark Tank history.

Most people won’t see your vision. Family, friends and coworkers will call it crazy, too small or a waste of time. That’s normal. They’re judging what it is today, not what it could become.

You don’t need a crowd. You need one or two people who believe in you, and the work ethic to prove them right.

Stop waiting for everyone to get it. One yes can change your entire life.

This page is something I never wanted to be about me. I wanted it to be about you.

I wanted to use the knowledge I’ve gained, the experiences I’ve been through, the women’s successes that I have witnessed, and the tools I have to give you…FOR YOU.

While I am SO incredibly grateful for the opportunity this platform has given me….to be able to reach women that I never would have come into contact with otherwise…

I also acknowledge that I never strived for this kind of visibility.

My work involves women’s health, the body, breathing mechanics, and overall strength training…and I love to give visual cues that help women connect better within movement.

And in all honesty, I want to bridge the gap on how to teach this well without showing…so much of me, here. I don’t have that part fully figured out yet.

I can know full well my intentions for the movement cues and visuals that I give, but unfortunately that doesn’t dictate how someone else receives it. And young girls are at the center of that.

My daughter often prays “please help mama get her women stronger”😭 and my prayer is that she always knows that’s my goal in my work. And more than just physical. But in mind, body, and soul.

I am not on social media to “do social media.”
I said last year that if this page ever reached a million, I’d ghost it. And I meant it…at the time.

But I feel like my work is just getting started. And as much as I considered ✌️ing out, if it ever grew this much…This space is a vehicle that has allowed me to meet women from all over the world. To serve them on a much deeper level inside my programs.

And that is the mission the Lord has given me. To serve women. To encourage, support, and empower them. And I will continue this work as long as He keeps putting it on my heart.

I’m not a “curated” kinda gal. But if things start looking a bit different over here, it DEF aint cause I’m moming any less or have it all together. I’m simply protecting our peace, creating the best experience for women in my programs, and building something I will be proud of a decade from now.

I’m a woman on a mission for women. And all glory to God for every woman I’ve had the honor of serving.🙌🏼
