🎃 Pumpkin Spice Pork Chops 🎃

I can't tell you enough to make this for yourself. Amazing flavors and the pork was the perfect canvas to highlight the flavors

Pumpkin Spice BBQ Rub
2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp coarse black pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
⅛ tsp nutmeg
Pinch of allspice

Maple Bourbon Pumpkin Glaze
¼ cup pumpkin puree
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tbsp bourbon
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
½ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp cinnamon
Pinch of ginger
Salt to taste

Maple Pumpkin Spice Compound Butter
½ stick unsalted butter, softened
1 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 tsp maple syrup
¼ tsp cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of salt
Tiny pinch of cayenne
