The best presentation looks completely different depending on the room.
• Banking: dense data and defensibility
• All hands at a startup: humor, easy-to-follow ideas and visuals
• Enterprise client: clear ROI and next steps
• Sponsor pitch: proof of past collabs and brand fit
A huge part of presentation craft is knowing your audience and getting the reps in, whether you’re speaking on stage or sending a deck ahead as a read.
But in every presentation, you want to spend time sharpening the narrative instead of fighting with slide layouts. Here’s how I build decks with Gamma 5 (@meetgamma #ad):
1️⃣ When you start with a rough idea, the new Agent asks clarifying questions about what you’re trying to achieve and builds an editable outline before touching the design.
2️⃣ From there, you can connect your existing materials. It pulls context directly from Slack, Notion, and 25+ tools so you don’t have to copy and paste across tabs.
3️⃣ If you already have existing PowerPoints (.pptx) or PDFs, you can drop them in and export them with formatting intact.
4️⃣ You can also set bespoke custom styles so the final deck matches your brand instead of looking like a generic AI template.
Whether you build presentations for clients, internal stakeholders, or sponsors, check out the new Gamma at gamma.app.
