Snakes 🐍: judged , misunderstood, feared
The snake was never the villain. It was humanity that twisted the story, shifted the blame, and called nature evil to escape its own reflection.

Thanks to your suggestions, we found another soft collar for Saint Gus of Assisi that works pretty well for protecting his eye.

And it just happens to be adorable. 🌸

Speaking of G’s eye, we wanted to ask you a question about his medical care.

I saw a post recently by @thestadlerfam where they outlined all the costs associated with a stay at the ER for one of their dogs.

Since you all have generously been a part of paying for G’s care, would you like to know more about these kinds of details? Like the cost of the ophthalmologist consult and eye drops?

Or are you just happy knowing he’s got a medical team keeping him healthy, and you just want to see videos of him being a sweet floof?

Let us know your thoughts, and as always, thank you for being here.

Thank you to Gusketeer Gina Hanwacker for the nickname.

Found this video from our Malta Vacation a month ago and thought it was funny seeing me try to be stylish instead of technical 😂💀💅 I think I’ll stick to the flippy dives lol
