the line about authentication only proving who's accessing a system, not whether you approved the next action, is the cleanest way i've heard that put. approval boundary is the part most people skip.

The technique is called solid injection for raising ground elevation, and it’s not new in theory. Engineers have used compensation grouting to lift entire buildings, including Big Ben, by pumping material underneath them. The same physics that lifts a clock tower can lift a neighborhood. Terranova just roboticized it. The robot measures the surface to 2 millimeters and switches injection wells in real time as the ground shifts.

Why put a data center at sea?

Space, cooling, and access to power are the potential advantages. The tradeoffs are reliability, storms, corrosion, maintenance, connectivity, and marine impacts.
