Another lovely evening sharing stories and experiences with the next generation of global managers! 🌏😊

So happy to be invited back by the University of Buckingham for an online session with their Year 2 Business Studies students!

After more than 15 years working across international markets and living on two continents, I’ve certainly collected plenty of experiences, lessons and mistakes along the way! 😂

This time, we shared about working across different cultures, understanding international markets and how they can start preparing themselves for the global workplace.

It’s wonderful knowing that some of my experiences might help these future managers navigate their own journeys.

One thing I always believe: Stay curious, keep an open mind and never assume your way is the only way!

Thanks again for having me! And wishing all the students an exciting journey ahead! ❤️
