In my time as a couples therapist, problem drinking came up over and over again. One partner would express how they felt drinking was causing issues, and the other would usually get defensive or shut down. I use the term “problem drinking” because it describes drinking patterns that wouldn’t necessarily be defined as a substance use disorder. Problem drinking can be a very functional behavior to the outside world. It’s usually the persons partner who sees the negative impact the most intimately. I created this post to bring awareness and open conversation around this. If you have specific comments or would like to see more content around this, let me know in the comments #selfhealers
Any guesses what we are dressing up as this year 🤔?

Haters tested HHH approved! 😜
Earth isn’t a prison planet. ⛓️🌎 Because technically, no one is forcing you to stay. 👀 From everything I’ve seen, the darker forces operating on this planet understand the laws of free will and non-intervention VERY well. So they found a loophole. Instead of physically trapping souls here, they manipulate trauma, karma, agreements, attachment, and reincarnation to keep us looping back. 🔄 Again. And again. And again. 🫠 And who do they target the hardest? Lightworkers. Starseeds. Old souls. The people carrying the highest frequency. Because you’re not just something they can feed off of. You’re a fucking THREAT. ✨ But guys, I do NOT believe we came to Earth just to be trapped, controlled, and recycled lifetime after lifetime. I believe we came here to BREAK the cycle. 👽⛓️‍💥 To remember who the hell we are. And honestly, this rabbit hole goes WAY deeper than I can share on social. 😂🐇🕳️ Comment FREE and I’ll send you 7 days free inside my private, censorship-free Cosmic Society membership. It’s where we can go way deeper into Reptilians, the shadow government, remote viewing, soul contracts, reincarnation, and all the other weird shit I can’t talk about here. 👽✨ #elizabethapril #spiritualawakening #starseed #reincarnation #karma
