Cedar bark hats!!
These were made in a great class at @eastvillagehats taught by @haidahooligan
This technique is a modern spin on a Salish tradition of weaving developed by Paul Rowley.
Little known fact about it me - I actually spent a year studying willow basketmaking in Europe on a fellowship, so you could say I was into this. Definitely sign up for the class next time it's offered!
