1987 Topps William “The Refrigerator” Perry 🐻 / Betty and Me 163, December 1987 📼
Good morning! ☕️ On a Bears victory Tuesday we’re looking back to 1987, when “The Fridge” was still DT for the Bears (and you could still send in your proof-of-purchase coupon to order his G.I. Joe action figure from Hasbro), it was movie night in Riverdale 🍿, and the Descendents released their fourth album, the classic “All”! 🎶
Hope you have a great day and are able to enjoy some beautiful fall weather! 🍁🍂🗳️

Love ‘87 Topps football - that was the first football pack I opened. Did not discover the Descendents until years later though!

Dig the GE pocket radio. Spent many days/nights in the backyard listening to games on one of those.

VHS rental shop cover, that is awesome.. good old days, the nostalgia of choosing a film or a wrestling tape and watch it during dinner or late night... much better feeling than nowadays streaming services
