They shared the same ambition - to take their restaurant to the top of The Michelin Guide. Asked then about what they thought they needed to do to reach that pinnacle, Fabio said

“When you try to ask Michelin what you need for 3 stars, they will always say it is all about the food and give no more insight. So, that is where our focus is and we hope that’s right, we trust @michelinguide “
