A $640 repair, explained.
Approvals in Atrium, an AI property management app I designed. The maintenance agent wants to send a plumber for a $640 leak, above the owner's $500 limit. It shows why it chose this vendor: 3 vendors checked, a quote 6% under the 12 month average, a policy check and exactly what happens if you send it. Dana edits the message, the owner approves from his phone, and the queue ends all caught up.
Nothing over the limit moves until the right person says yes.
