Test before it goes live.

Workflows in Reeve, an AI agent operations app I designed. Atlas suggests a workflow from an insight and saves it as a draft. The builder reads as six steps: a trigger, a condition, two agent steps, an approval and a team update. A test run replays a real shipment, every step reports its time, and nothing is sent. Once live, the run history traces each run from trigger to booking, with who approved it and when the undo window closed.

Prove the behavior before anything is real.

Is the agent worth it?

Insights and ROI in Reeve, an AI agent operations app I designed. One insight opens with its evidence: late shipments per day, the on time rate and a breakdown by carrier, then three causes and three moves. The month reads 12 found, 9 acted on, $18,300 of value. Agent ROI puts value against cost by month, with the four rules for how value is counted right beside the number. Ledger returns 43 times its cost.

Value is counted conservatively, so a finance lead can trust it and challenge it.

When something goes wrong.

Incidents in Reeve, an AI agent operations app I designed. INC 208 opens with a summary Atlas wrote: 12 shipments late for 3 customers, one of them VIP, $186k in transit. Every order shows what happened to it, the customer email waits for a person, and the timeline logs each move with who made it and how long it can be undone. Maya takes the lead, Atlas keeps working, and resolving drafts the write up, the root cause and three follow ups.

Speed never unlocks messages to people outside the company.

How an agent earns your trust.

Agent autonomy in Reeve, an AI agent operations app I designed. Atlas has asked first on every reroute for 30 days: 50 proposals, 48 approved unchanged, 2 edited, 0 undone, 0 incidents. Only then does it ask for more room, on reroutes alone. The reviewer sets the scope: up to 12 a day, VIP customers still ask first, 30 days, and a 24 hour undo. Money, deletions and outside messages stay on ask first for good.

Autonomy is a scoped loan backed by evidence, not a switch.

One decision, end to end.

The approval flow in Reeve, an AI agent operations app I designed. Atlas flags a late VIP shipment in the morning briefing, then investigates: the carrier moved the ETA by 36 hours and 4 of the last 6 loads ran late. It drafts the customer email, VIP policy routes it to a person, and Alex edits one line and approves. The email waits out a 15 minute undo window, the customer replies, and Atlas remembers the edit for next time.

Risk is set by policy, never by the model.

The whole job, on a phone.

Atrium on mobile, the AI property management app I designed. Three screens side by side: Dana's morning briefing, the $640 repair that needs the owner, and a lead's conversation with a reply waiting on her. She asks Robert to approve, approves the reply to the lead, and his yes arrives as a notification. Approvals end all caught up.

Decisions take a tap, so they never wait for a desk.

Set up in four steps.

Onboarding in Atrium, an AI property management app I designed. Connect the property management system, set approval limits, choose the agents, then the first sync. The limits step replays the last 90 days, so you see 62% cleared by policy and about 11 hours back each week before you commit. Agents start on today's work as each part of the portfolio lands, and the first briefing arrives at 7 AM.

Start conservative, see the payoff, and nothing is sent until you set the limits.

Four agents, clear limits.

Agents and policies in Atrium, an AI property management app I designed. Four agents, 128 tasks this week, 92% cleared by policy, and every card shows what each agent does on its own and what it always asks you. Inside the leasing agent: its playbook, fair housing checks on every message, and a voice switched from Warm to Concise with a live preview. The change lands in the activity log with who made it.

Autonomy you can see, tune and audit.

Raise the limit, see the impact.

Owner policies in Atrium, an AI property management app I designed. From the portfolio to Robert Hale's approval policy: what agents do on their own, what he approves by text and what needs two approvals. Dana moves his auto approve limit from $500 to $750 and sees the last 90 days replayed: 16 of 19 requests would clear on their own, with 31 hours less waiting on Robert. The new limit only applies once he replies YES.

Every policy change shows its impact before anyone agrees to it.

First reply in 3 minutes.

Leasing in Atrium, an AI property management app I designed. A lead asks about a 2 bed and her small dog. The leasing agent answers on its own, but holds the reply that quotes a $300 pet deposit until Dana approves it. The lead picks 10:30 and the self tour is booked. The board shows 28 active leads, 96% answered by the agent and 64% of tours booked without staff.

Speed for every lead, and a person on anything that costs money.

A $640 repair, explained.

Approvals in Atrium, an AI property management app I designed. The maintenance agent wants to send a plumber for a $640 leak, above the owner's $500 limit. It shows why it chose this vendor: 3 vendors checked, a quote 6% under the 12 month average, a policy check and exactly what happens if you send it. Dana edits the message, the owner approves from his phone, and the queue ends all caught up.

Nothing over the limit moves until the right person says yes.
