How an agent earns your trust.
Agent autonomy in Reeve, an AI agent operations app I designed. Atlas has asked first on every reroute for 30 days: 50 proposals, 48 approved unchanged, 2 edited, 0 undone, 0 incidents. Only then does it ask for more room, on reroutes alone. The reviewer sets the scope: up to 12 a day, VIP customers still ask first, 30 days, and a 24 hour undo. Money, deletions and outside messages stay on ask first for good.
Autonomy is a scoped loan backed by evidence, not a switch.
