One decision, end to end.
The approval flow in Reeve, an AI agent operations app I designed. Atlas flags a late VIP shipment in the morning briefing, then investigates: the carrier moved the ETA by 36 hours and 4 of the last 6 loads ran late. It drafts the customer email, VIP policy routes it to a person, and Alex edits one line and approves. The email waits out a 15 minute undo window, the customer replies, and Atlas remembers the edit for next time.
Risk is set by policy, never by the model.
