Madeline Drew: Bunny Baba Yaga 🐰

Tonight we were open on a Monday. We booked a band that multiple people told us, might not be a wise choice for our space. We let someone set their drum kit on fire in the lounge. I can’t explain the energy that was in the store tonight. We were packed to the gills. People listening to music, socializing, watching movies, eating Tallahassee’s best popcorn ….. it was perfect. What we always knew it could be.

Everytime we try something new, it’s like magic. You guys keep showing up for us! For all our wild ideas. We were so unsure of whether or not we could even move to this new location. Now we’re growing leaps and bounds every day. Because of you.

Take the risk. Do the thing. Even if it’s terrifying! Your video store Mom ‘n Pop believe in you. Just like you believe in us!

Thanks for another great evening Tallahassee. And thanks to @pineappletuesdayofficial @thechodesofficial @the_intoxicators_band and @teamdaikaiju for fucking killing it. What a blast! #capcityvideolounge #tallahassee #momandpopvideoshop #yourfavoritevideostoremom #ccvl
