‼️ Looking for the Best Biryani in Sharjah?

Today I found one of the most unique biryanis I’ve tried in the UAE.

This place is called Soft Bun in Sharjah. Their specialty is Biryani Pot, inspired by the street food of Delhi.

They only serve a couple of biryanis… and I always love restaurants that focus on doing one thing really well.

One pot is the famous Muradabadi Biryani, and the other is cooked with a rich chicken masala gravy. Both are completely different from the biryanis we’re used to.

What surprised me the most was how light it was. Not oily, not greasy… just fragrant basmati rice, tender chicken, and so much cumin, which is one of my favorite spices. Every bite had a beautiful aroma.

The experience starts before you even eat. The biryani pots are placed right at the entrance, the smell fills the whole street, and the moment they open at 12 PM, people start lining up.

While I was filming, one of the staff told me they have customers who come here twice a day just for this biryani. After trying it I can understand why.

What I also respect is that they don’t seem to care about social media, Google reviews, or even changing the restaurant name. Their focus is simple: fresh ingredients, fresh chicken, and making great biryani every single day.
