The story behind the most iconic guitar solo in pop history! 🎸💥
In 1982, Eddie Van Halen joined forces with Michael Jackson and producer Quincy Jones to create absolute magic on Beat It (from the legendary Thriller album).
Mind-blowing facts for your video:
• He did it for free: Eddie didn't charge a single dime; he did it as a favor and only accepted some beer in the studio. 🍻
• He almost hung up: When Quincy called him, Eddie thought it was a prank call. 📞
• He changed the track: He actually restructured the middle section of the song so his solo would fit perfectly. 🎼
• Record time: He tracked it in just 30 minutes and literally blew out the studio monitors! 🔥
A legendary collaboration that changed music forever! 👑🎸
