Kristopher Kirkpatrick | Claro Walnut Tables

It’s a privilege to work with such extraordinary wood.

Some of the walnut slabs that come through my shop are so beautiful they could just as easily be displayed as works of art.

I’ve often imagined a gallery filled with a dozen exceptional slabs hanging against white walls, each illuminated by carefully positioned lights. Small brass placards identifying the wood species, its origins, and what makes each piece special.

I think people would be blown away by the incredible grain patterns, colors, and character found in these rare pieces of wood.

Nature really is the greatest artist.

Anyway, here’s another world-class Bastogne walnut slab on its way to becoming a one-of-a-kind dining table!

This particular piece will be available exclusively through my partners at @legacyranchinteriors in Texas.

If you haven’t already, check out their page and give them a follow. Their collection of Western furniture and interiors is truly exceptional!

From extraordinary wood to one-of-a-kind heirlooms.
