A plan is not there to make you rich.
It is there to make decisions easier.
Should we move. Can we help with the tuition. Can I take the job I would actually like instead of
the one that pays more. Can we retire two years earlier than we have been saying out loud.
Without a plan every one of those sits in your stomach. With one they are arithmetic. The answer
might still be no, but it is a clean no instead of a worry you carry around for a year.
That is what people are really after. Not returns. Fewer knots.
