I’ve grabbed a quick moment in the arena before I need to get ready for stage to show ya one of the breathwork tools I’m actually using every day on tour.

Today we’re doing 5 Physiological Sighs to calm those nerves and get me ready to WERK 🪩🫶🏼

The O2… huns, I’m still trying to find the words!!! 🩷🐱 Nearly 20 years since we last played here and to come back to 20,000 of y’all singing and dancing with us… I can’t even describe that feeling

As an adopted Brit, it felt sooo good to be home. Knowing my mum was out there, my friends, my chosen family, the people I work with… so many beautiful humans I love and j’adore, all there getting to share this moment with us🥹

You just never know where life is gonna take you🪐✨ I don’t think I could’ve imagined back then that we’d be here doing this again all these years later.

Such a full circle, pinch me moment and honestly what a beautiful blessing.You all brought SO much love and energy into that room!!!

And to our team, dancers, crew, choreographers and every single person who helped make this happen… thank you. There’s so much love and work that goes into getting us up there, and I’m so grateful to everyone who’s part of it.

I always want to come on here bringing you the most positive vibes, but I want to share the raw and vulnerable moments with y’all too 🩷

I filmed this at the start of the tour and honestly, I really didn’t want to post it. Now we’re well into the tour, I’m feeling more confident in myself and my solo, and I can look back at this moment with a lil more love for myself.

I’m recognising more and more that we’re constantly having to give ourselves space and a chance to grow into who we’re becoming… that’s life🪐Those limiting beliefs can get really loud, even when you’re doing something you love.

I wanted to let ya into this moment because my breathwork is such a big part of how I move through this. Coming back to my breath helped me stay present, give those emotions space and trust myself to keep going. I can feel all of this and still know I’ve got this.

Looking back, I realise some of that fear had been sitting with me for a long time. This tour has been such a blessing, giving me the chance to face it, work through it and heal. I’m feeling less afraid of what comes up because I know I can move through it.

And the love and support y’all have shown me along the way… my god I’ve felt it so much. Thank you for cheering me on as I grow into this next version of myself.

Take this as a little moment of empowerment chicas. Give yourself the chance to grow. You don’t have to wait until you feel completely fearless to take that next step ✨✨✨
