Core memory unlocked ❤️

it was an absolute honor and a privilege to provide the halftime entertainment for this past weekend’s @rams Salute to Service game, and even more special to get to do it alongside my husband on stage and our son and my mom in the front row!

I will never forget this experience ever!!
So grateful to the Rams for the opportunity to make some magic on Sunday!

The full performance video is on YouTube now!

We’ll be back at SoFi December 20 for the Cowboys game!! 🏈🏈🏈 up next… time to switch gears for Vegas ✨

So psyched to have the chance to play yet another epic @stefburnsofficial solo on this tour!! Might as Well Be on Mars is one of my all time favorite Alice songs, and performing it with the Proms orchestra is a real treat.

Watch to the end of the solo to see a true fan enjoying the moment ❤️

Thank you @tutufoodot for the video!

One thing I love about spending years playing with another guitarist (especially one as great as @ccshred) is that at a certain point you just lock the fuck in with the subtle nuances of each other’s technique. It’s a great feeling being up there and having that connection where it almost sounds like one person playing with a harmonizer on.

In this video from the @bossfx_us NAMM booth a few years back, Court and I had not played together in probably 5-6 years, but you can tell that connection never goes away!
Also we have always liked to yap to each other on stage so there’s that 😅🫛👱🏻‍♀️👱🏻‍♀️

8 years ago (yesterday, I’m a day late for everything now because baby) was the biggest morning I’ve ever had in my career!!

On September 28, 2018
8 am: We dropped the single and music video for Our Most Desperate Hour and officially announced

🔥 the Controlled Chaos album release date
💿 signing with @sumerianrecords
🎸 and my first ever solo tour!!
(Who caught the @guitarcollectiveofficial tour in 2018? That was an epic run)

9 am: arroved to @mihollywood, photo shoot with @vicovelezphotography and then…

10 am, no big deal…
hopped on stage with @stevevaihimself to kick off a massive 52 hour livestream raising funds for Extraordinary Families, an LA based nonprofit foster care and adoption agency! What an honor ❤️🍼

Then straight from the stage to the car, arrived at LAX by noon to head to UK for the London Guitar Show!

Never in my life have I done that much before noon haha!

Looking forward to seeing how we can top this day on the next album cycle 🫠

Mahi Vij can twist the situation all she wants and pin it on others. This time she messed with the wrong housemate. Aamrapali will take no one’s sh*t❤️‍🔥 She loves and protects her friends but will not accept blame for what she has not done.

The whole house was discussing about Love and Scout, asking questions to Yung and Aamrapali. What were they supposed to do lie?

Ko visoko leti nisko pada.

The truth? Changing the way, I ate and what I put in my body changed everything. If I haven’t shifted my nutrition to heal my metabolic health, I wouldn’t be in the place I am in today with any piece of my life.

PS - comment “DAY 7” and I’ll send you a free trial of my fave 7-day nutrition reset on @mindfull.so that helps reset my body and mind and focus back on whole foods.

I see how much emphasis women put on our 20s, but if you look at the passing time as an opportunity to get better at knowing yourself and what you want and what you’re capable of ….. your life continues to get better, not worse!

The 10 years I look back on would have passed either way. Without even knowing it, I looked down a road with two paths.

One where I took control into my own hands, advocated for myself and got to know my body and what I really needed.

The other aware I kept making excuses, chose to remain comfortable and not challenge the Norm and just accept that feeling like crap was an every day occurrence for me.

But what we don’t realize is that every single day we our faced with 1 million little moments of this exact same choice. At any age and any stage. That means today you have the choice to choose different.

Look if I had chosen the second, I wouldn’t have the business I have today…. not just because of my deep personal connection to helping women heal and feel seen and live a better life of food freedom… but because learning resilience and discipline have been the most important tools in my founder journey #makingmindfull.

And that’s true for my relationships as well. I wouldn’t have the relationship that I have today, feeling supported and loved and cheered for, because leaning to love myself is what allowed me to fully love another person.

And I don’t know what the next ten years has in store but I know that if I focus in on betting on myself, improving what I can bring to the table, building my life’s purpose and living in alignment it can only get better from here. #femalefounder

And in the VERY LEAST let’s all agree the fashion sense gets better over time 🤣 you can comment FALL FASHION for my recent looks at 35, can’t help you with the earlier ones

ek aur thumka hojaye!😳😮‍💨😏
