Allah (SWT) says "do not be sad" 9 times in the Qur'an. Look at who He said it to. A mother placing her newborn in a river. (28:7) Maryam, alone in labour beneath a palm tree. (19:24) The Prophet (PBUH) in the cave with Abu Bakr, enemies standing at the entrance. (9:40) The Prophet (PBUH) again, grieving over the people who turned away from him. (16:127) The believers after Uhud, wounded and mourning. (3:139) These are the strongest people in our history, and every one of them felt sad. Not once does the Qur'an blame them for it. Every time, the words come with something from Him. The mother is promised her son back. Water runs at Maryam's feet. Sakinah descends in the cave. Your sadness is not proof that your iman is failing. Replacing my full-coverage foundation with the lightweight @beautyofjoseon_official tinted SPF. I was so impressed by how well this product covered my blemishes while still feeling lightweight on the skin, and it’s currently available on Amazon at a great price! 💫 ad
🚨 URGENT: Sign now to free Ghassan Najjar through the link in our bio or at 🔗 https://www.change.org/freeghassan 🔗 Share this post and demand the immediate release of Ghassan Najjar before his impending court date. Organize protests demanding his release at Israeli consulates and embassies, watch for updates, opportunities to support legal defense, and calls to action in the coming days. Israeli forces raided Burin in the West Bank at 3AM on October 27, detaining 60 residents. They took Ghassan Najjar from his home and assaulted him, causing a head injury. His condition is unknown. Ghassan co-founded the Burin Land and Farming Cooperative and has spent years supporting farmers facing settler violence. Shin Bet had threatened to detain him if he kept organizing. Now he’s held indefinitely, without charge or trial. We demand his immediate and unconditional release, and humane treatment and protection from torture while he is held. ✍️ Sign via the link in bio 📢 Share and tag your representatives #FreeGhassan #BurinisnotAlone #OliveHarvest
