Bloated generic forgettable exterior. Honda had a chance to do something amazing with the Prelude's design & just phoned it in. Same with the Integra. No heritage in these cars & boring to look at.

FIVE YEARS.

I keep writing that and sitting back in my chair for a moment, because I genuinely cannot believe it.

Somewhere between the countries, the countdowns
to flights, the late nights before events, and the Duolingo Spanish I still haven’t mastered, five years happened. Long-service staff, FINALLY. I’ve earned the joke.

In 2021, one conversation with @terrikarelle quietly rerouted the rest of my career. I didn’t walk in looking for a five year chapter. I walked in curious, and I walked out with a role I didn’t fully understand yet, working alongside someone whose standards would end up reshaping mine.

@terrikarelle, you threw me into the deep end, and somewhere along the way I learned to swim, then to keep pace, then to anticipate the current before it turned.

21 countries later, and countless events. Working for you has never felt like working beneath someone. You built an environment where I could be autonomous, creative, and effective, where my comfort and growth were never an afterthought. Not every employer thinks that way. Not every leader remembers to. You did, and you still do, five years in.

I’m still amazed with each room we enter, and the stages you represent on. Each one different, but each one confirming the same thing, that I get to witness greatness up close and call it my job.

Thank you, @terrikarelle, for having me as part of your team. Thank you to the TKTribe for embracing me long ago. Thank you to your family for welcoming me into your world so fully. And thank you to you, for leading with kindness and excellence in the same breath, and for trusting me with the parts of your journey that the public never sees.

Here’s to five years, Madam President. God-willing, here’s to many more.

Fact: Miller’s Girl (2024) — This erotic drama thriller follows the increasingly complex and blurred boundaries between a talented young high school student, played by Jenna Ortega, and her creative writing teacher, played by Martin Freeman.

The original screenplay was written by Jade Halley Bartlett and earned a spot on the prestigious 2016 Black List, an annual survey highlighting the industry’s most liked unproduced screenplays, before finally being brought to the screen years later as her directorial debut.

To prepare for their roles and navigate the tense emotional dynamics of the story, the lead cast worked closely with an intimacy coordinator on set to ensure a safe, collaborative, and professional environment throughout the filming of the movie’s most delicate scenes.
