Can you guess the best part of this flight to the Philippines?
Some may say it’s @flypal ’s flavorful Filipino main entrees, unlimited snacks, or romcom tv show style safety announcements, or the spacious business class seats with a comfy flat lay.
For me, it was the hospitality that made me really appreciate and enjoy my direct flight from Los Angeles to Manila. The crew were so accommodating in making us feel comfortable, especially when I requested two servings of the arroz caldo (Filipino rice porridge). And when @misohungrry y@stephvnietea and I were sent off with a care package, I felt really cared for like an extended family member.
What a way to start our trip!

Two servings of arroz caldo mid-flight is absolute elite travel behavior! 🥣✨ There’s genuinely nothing quite like that kind of warm, comforting hospitality to make a long-haul flight feel so much shorter. Such a lovely way to start the journey!
