Ever since qualifying as a Personal Trainer, I've been on a mission to help people achieve their highest level of fitness while finding a routine that fits around their lifestyle. I know how common it is, particularly for men aged 35+, to struggle with finding the time, consistency and energy to train. Add a lack of confidence or knowledge about where to start, and getting into shape can feel like a real challenge. Well, I want to help change that! To celebrate my birthday, I'm doing something special for you lovely people. I'm offering 5 MEN AGED 35+ the opportunity to: • Build a consistent and manageable training routine that fits around work and family commitments. • Improve their energy levels, strength and overall fitness. • Develop the knowledge and confidence to train effectively and independently. • Learn how to get results without spending hours in the gym. SO, WHAT AM I OFFERING? I'm inviting you down to JD Gyms Charlton for a FREE 90-MINUTE FITNESS CONSULTATION AND PERSONAL TRAINING EXPERIENCE. Why 90 minutes? Because I don't believe in rushing the process or giving everyone the same generic fitness advice. I want to take the time to sit down with you, understand your current lifestyle, discuss your fitness history, identify what's been holding you back and, most importantly, find out exactly what you want to achieve. This will allow me to understand your individual circumstances and work out how I can best help you. We'll then put some of that into practice with a tailored practical training session, where I'll guide you through exercises, explain the techniques and show you how to train effectively. You'll also leave with a better understanding of what you need to do both inside and outside the gym to start making progress. WHAT'S THE CATCH? There isn't one! I'm celebrating my birthday by giving something back to the local community. If you enjoy the experience, all I'd ask is for an honest review or for you to spread the word to a friend. And if you'd like to explore working together
