I thought I’d better give you a goat update.

The orders have been slightly overwhelming, and that has been compounded by various issues.
Firstly the company we use to print, their stapling machine broke and we didn’t get the pinafore printing on Monday as expected, or even on Tuesday. It has just arrived but there are less staff hours in the post room from Wednesday onwards so it will take time to get everything out. The girls have been busy prepping what they can and everyone is trying to help.

I really anticipated that many of you would buy the pinafore pattern and do some upcycling, but the kits on the pinafore have outstripped supply so we’ve had to substitute in some gorgeous, more expensive fabric for many of the kits- so you may find variations when you receive them.

I also thought we had been clear enough in letting you know that whatever colour you buy you have the choice of ear and horn patterns, but many people bought make mes in both colours, so I spent a long day on Sunday contacting people and refunding the difference.

For now, until we have these orders out of the door, I’ve made the kits for both the goats and the pinafore out of stock, then we can clear the backlog and see what’s left.

The patterns are still available- looking forward to a few white goats, beardy goats, tongue out goats…..
