My student asked me…
“How do you deal with people talking about you? Perceiving you? Judging you?”
As a business owner, it’s important to continue to do what’s necessary to run and scale and business. And that means showing up despite the (sometimes) vulnerable and uncomfortable feelings.
My advice stands: your business, your future and your vision is SO MUCH BIGGER than what a few people have to say or think. I always take it as a reminder that people surrounding you might not understand the necessities of a business — but you do!
This is advice that I, myself, used to SCALE my business to an international level, and that my students have now used to become fully-booked in 4+ weeks, educators and salon owners ❤️🔥
