Hi — I’m Stef 👋🏻

I started out as a performer: music, acting, dancing, singing. That was my world 🎶🎭

At 16, I transitioned into lash artistry and quickly realized it gave me something I didn’t have before: control over 𝗺𝘆 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲, 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

I teach artists how to:
✅ develop their own style instead of blending in
✅ master retention that keeps clients coming back
✅ think like an artist and business owner—not just a technician

I even help them go from inconsistent work to fully booked with demand 📈

If you’re ready to level up your lash skills, feel confident in your work, and keep clients coming back again and again — follow me for more educational content and let’s build your business up together! 🤩

With love,
Stef 🫶🏻

My student asked me…
“How do you deal with people talking about you? Perceiving you? Judging you?”

As a business owner, it’s important to continue to do what’s necessary to run and scale and business. And that means showing up despite the (sometimes) vulnerable and uncomfortable feelings.

My advice stands: your business, your future and your vision is SO MUCH BIGGER than what a few people have to say or think. I always take it as a reminder that people surrounding you might not understand the necessities of a business — but you do!

This is advice that I, myself, used to SCALE my business to an international level, and that my students have now used to become fully-booked in 4+ weeks, educators and salon owners ❤️‍🔥

I got into this industry at 16 years old to stop working my part-time fast-food job. While all my friends worked 12 hours in high-school, I worked 32-38 hours while being at school from 7:30 am-4:00 pm (sometimes until 5). I would watch all their posts of going on vacations, road trips, parties, dinner dates, hangouts, while I was sitting on my break, feeling icky from the grease. I felt like I was missing out on my “prime” years. All I knew was I wanted something more in my life. So I worked and I worked, to pay for my first ever lash training.

Little did I know this escape plan that I had became a full-time thing for me. It became my passion. My drive. My purpose.

If you would have told 16-year-old Stef that she is doing this full-time now AND teaching others the same, she would have looked at you and probably laughed in your face.

The start was just as, if not harder and more tiring, than working 30+ hours as a high-school student. I worked part-time and lashed to pay for a SECOND lash class because I did not invest in a good training for my first/initial training. I lacked the confidence in myself and wanted to quit every single time I finished a set. I was struggling to book even 1 client a month. I didn’t have a clue how to market or what it even was. My boundaries were often crossed as I was so young and “didn’t know any better”.

But something in 16-year-old Stef wanted this so badly. And I think that’s what pushed me to get as far as I am today, and will push me to go further.

Cheers to setting your heart and soul on reaching your goals and dreams. Never let anyone or anything tell you otherwise.

Lashing changed my life, and it can change yours too.

Not every set needs to be super dense or super wispy… 🤔

This client in particular wanted a more natural look, with a slight wispy texture to it and safe to say… it was delivered! 🥰 We used a flatter curl for the base and a curlier curl for the wisps, giving it some dimension 🔎

🚨Did you know... lighting candles during lash services can compromise retention? 😳

Many lash artists love candles during the holidays and winter, but they can actually do more harm than good.

Lash adhesive doesn’t just react to humidity or temperature: it reacts to the ENTIRE air environment 🕯️When a candle is lit, it releases invisible particles and fragrance compounds that stay suspended in the room and can interfere with how cyanoacrylate adhesive cures 🙅🏻‍♀️The result isn’t always immediate failure, but weaker polymer chain formation and inconsistent bonding that show up later as reduced retention 🥲

🔔 This is why professional lash environments prioritize clean, fragrance-free air. Try no candles during lash services and see the retention difference 🤗
