In 90 days, it’ll be the end of January. By then you could be rooted in who you are, feeling solid and certain and ready to blossom in the spring.

The alternative is to go through one of the most manufactured timelines there probably has ever been. Where we push with urgency to complete one year, piling on tons of things to do, social engagements, packing the calendar to the max.

We have social engagements, holiday parties, and a lot of expectations and obligations pulling us in different directions. And while we’re so out of sorts and off center, we roll into a manufactured man-made New Year, and we decide that’s the energy that we wanna be in when we create our new year with resolutions.

What a bunch of BS.

When you move to the rhythm and the cycles of nature, you’ll feel grounded and centered. January is the middle of winter. It’s still a time for rest, recalibration, and reflection.

One of the smartest moves that I made was to detach from the Gregorian calendar cycle and move into a more natural lunar astrological cycle. I set intentions for the year ahead in November. I also practice NO-VEMBER which is saying no to request an invitations with discernment. Then December is RESTEMBER where I deeply spend time with the people that I love and myself. There’s a gentle roll into January, where I start to think about what I want to do with Lunar New Year and the Spring equinox.

Since I’ve come into my own rhythm and timing, I have felt centered, solid, and certain. Are you ready to give your next 90 nighty days to yourself?

I put together a list of what I do for NO-VEMBER which I will share with you if you comment or DM me NOVEMBER.
