POSTS STORIES REELS

It’s not news to you that you overdeliver.

Going above and beyond built everything you have. It’s also the part of you with no off switch.

You see the pattern. In fact... you can name it, see it coming, explain it to your therapist... and you’re still DOING it.

The client gets the 7pm reply. Your family gets “I’m almost done.”

You’ve tried every tool except the right one.

Because this isn’t a knowledge problem. It’s loyalty. To HER... the version of you who built all of this. Your body learned that above and beyond keeps you safe, so ease doesn’t feel like relief. It feels like risk.

The story has to shift. And the body has to believe it.

That’s exactly where we’re going in Edge of Evolution, starting October 20. Seven days, two live sessions, $22. One shift small enough for your real life and potent enough to change how every day feels.

Comment EDGE and I’ll send you the details.

Take your rhythm back this November.

November has this “the year is ending” feeling, and the schedule has a way of filling up before you’ve even consciously agreed to it.

The status quo is to let your life get overrun by holiday parties, Q4 pushes, the perfect gift, the from-scratch meal... and before you know it, you’re in holiday overdrive, saying “Sure, I can do that” while your body holds its breath and braces.

The antidote is a practice called No-vember. Every invitation gets an automatic no first. (Imagine that.) Then you give it a beat... let your reply sit a day or two. If you feel a FULL YES, you’re in. Anything less stays a no.

You can still be the generous one, the reliable one, the one everyone counts on... and choose your own timing and rhythm while the rest of the world speeds up.

Comment NOVEMBER and I’ll send you your home base: 5 minutes or less a day to come back to your center. Take a beat for your Self. Everyone and everything else can wait.

I track the transits. I know what’s retrograde right now (Mercury, Venus, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune) and what it means for my business, my relationships, my body.

AND... I don’t let it make my decisions for me.

Using the cosmic cocktail as data and patterns looks like: “Mercury’s retrograde, so it’s a good time to review contracts, revisit what needs tightening, and slow down before I launch.”

Using it as an excuse sounds like: “Mercury’s retrograde, so I can’t send that email, have that conversation, or make that call.”

One is discernment. The other is outsourcing (with cooler branding 😂).

The planets will always be doing something... a retrograde, an eclipse, a square, a reason to wait if waiting is what you’re looking for. Your full-body yes or no doesn’t go into retrograde.

So I’m making November my practice of this. No-vember: an automatic no to every invitation, then 24 to 48 hours to feel whether my body is a full yes. No more handing my power to people pleasing, perfect timing, or anyone else’s timeline.

Want to practice it with me? Comment or DM me NOVEMBER and I’ll share how I’m doing it daily.

Here’s the math nobody runs on their own work: getting something from 75% to 100% costs more than the first 75 did, and returns less. That is the Law of Diminishing Returns, and it’s running in your business (and life) whether you believe in it or not.

It’s why you push to do “just one more thing” before you wrap, and two hours later you’ve jammed in 13 more things. It’s why you work through lunch and skip the workout because you’ll get to it “once things slow down a bit.”

That moment where everything’s done? It’s never coming.

The busyness stops when you decide to have high standards not just for your income and results, but for how you feel at 4pm and how present you are at dinner.

Edge of Evolution is a 7-day experience where you keep the standards and the results and buy back your evenings. One session (instant access), 10 minutes a day inside the day you already have, one more live hour. That’s it.

Comment EDGE and I’ll send you the link.

This came up in conversation twice this week. People were sharing that they were feeling a bit sideswiped and overwhelmed, and wondering how to stabilize and find their center.

When I shared with them that these past few weeks have been wild for me and my family too with being a parent of a teenager and an incident that has happened that literally made national news that has impacted our family and community.

Sometimes there’s a lot to hold and life can feel heavy while you’re also juggling work, family, your wellness.

It’s not about staying positive, it’s about being real and staying rooted. When you are rooted and in your center, even when the circumstances are completely shitty there’s a part of you that stays solid and grounded even when the rest of you is 😵‍💫🫩🤯😤🤬😭.

Trust me I’m a perimenopausal mom who is also a business owner so I’ve tested it 😆.

Staying positive is often bypassing. Skipping over the emotions and experience. Looking away vs right at it. You have to be willing to do the real work. That inner work that is confronting but since you are in the face of it you also are becoming stronger, more resilient, more YOU.

Times are wild rn. The advantage will go to those who train and develop themselves to weather the storm.

@leslielevito is speaking at FEMPIRE! November 7+8 in Denver 💃

Leslie is a TEDx speaker, mentor, advisor, and rare multi-hyphenate. One moment she's architecting spreadsheets and systems, the next she's guiding you into deep connection with your Self. She moves from one realm to the next as the Mystic MBA.

She's in constant evolution. At 40, she left her COO seat when she saw she was sacrificing her family for corporate. She went on to build multiple seven-figure businesses, coach 500+ clients, and walk ancient pilgrimages across Egypt and the Mary Magdalene trail in France.

Since 2009, she's trained deep in the work of examining who you're being, not just what you're doing. Leslie works across the realms of mind, body, and soul, in modalities like Reiki, NLP, EFT, and somatics. Her genius is taking what's complex and distilling it down into something simple, yet potent.

Leslie works with successful women who are missing the one lever nobody taught them: how to stop outsourcing their power and start running on their own frequency instead of everyone else's.

Known as @letgoanddiscover, her method is simple: let go of who you think you are, to discover who you're meant to be. Simple... yet not easy. Because identity reinvention doesn't happen by accident. It happens with a truthteller in the room, which is exactly who Leslie is.

This legend is on the Reinvention Panel for a reason- she has lived it in so many ways. We can't wait for you to hear her stories and be moved by her wisdom.

Grab your ticket now queen, this room will expand you🐅 by @leslielevito

The end of the day finally came and your brain didn’t get the memo.

So you reach for the phone, not for anything specific. Lying down and scrolling kind of feels like a downshift, except your brain still hasn’t turned off.

You tell yourself it’ll only be a few minutes. Then it’s half an hour, then it’s an hour (you know how it goes).

Here’s what I want you to notice. It’s not even that the scroll is the problem. It’s that it’s become your off switch.

Because you’ve been running at 125% all day, with the 7pm reply, the extra pass on the deck nobody asked for, and the workout that moved to tomorrow again. By 10pm the part of you that’s been going since 6am doesn’t know how to stop.

You’re the most disciplined woman you know... except when it comes to letting yourself hit the off switch.

And the fix takes less time than the weekly scroll.

Comment EDGE and I’ll send you the details.

Your 75% is already better than most people’s 100%.

And you still feel the need to push it to 125%.

The antidote is what I call “the C+ Method”. This means allowing some things to be 75% instead of always going for the A+.

That’s the one shift inside Edge of Evolution. We see why you can’t send it at 75%, and then you practice sending it. Your client still gets great work.

You get your evening and life back. No more sending the late evening client email while your husband hears “I’m almost done!” Or seeing a stacked day and so you forego the gym (again).

Edge of Evolution is designed not as a 7-Day Challenge but rather a 7-Day Experience. It’s where you feel how less can create more.

Two 60-minute live sessions and then 10 minutes a day, inside the work you’re already doing.

Comment or DM me EDGE and I’ll share the link. Or, see the link in my bio.

NO OFF SWITCH. That’s the part no one thinks about when going above and beyond is the very thing that built your whole life and success.

⚠️It never feels like a pattern while you’re in it, it feels like it’s just something you’re doing today.

💭 I’m only skipping the workout today.
💭 I’m only eating through lunch today.
💭 I’m only sending this one quick email

The relief of “it’s done” is right around the corner, right after this one thing.

And then there’s the next thing. Then another.

You keep waiting for the magical checkbox, the one that when it’s finally done, you get to be done. You’ve been chasing it for years and deep down you’re smart enough to know it doesn’t exist, but you’re always so damn busy that you don’t even notice that you’re trapped in a combo pattern of it’s-never-done and there’s-always-more.

So what you’re ACTUALLY doing is procrastinating your own life. Putting it off until the list is clear, and the list is never clear.

You can name the pattern, see it coming, explain it to your therapist... and you’re still doing it. Every tool you’ve tried was aimed at the wrong problem.

That’s what we take apart in Edge of Evolution.

And I know what you’re thinking, because it’s what I’d think. “One more thing?! I don’t have room for one more thing!”

I built this for exactly that. Light in time, potent in what it shifts.

Two 60-minute lives (you can 2x me on the instant replay), a 5-10 minute voice note from me each morning for a week. No homework or add on work— just one rep you do inside the work you’re already doing. Under three hours total, and there’s nothing to fall behind on. Less time than you’ll spend this week on the extra pass, email, or to do that nobody even asked for.

Starts Tuesday, Oct 20. $22.

DM me EDGE and I’ll share the link.

If you have been daydreaming about disappearing somewhere quiet for a few days… I did too. For years.

The daydream always ended the same way: the team’s counting on me. Clients need me. I can’t just leave my husband with the kids.

For me there was a webinar tomorrow which usually makes $20,000. I felt I couldn’t just unhook.

Then one December with all the pressure I was under the message came in crystal clear: “Either you choose the moment, or your body will. And when your body chooses, it’s usually way less convenient and more expensive.”

Within an hour I was in my car. No phone. No music. No plan. I ended up in Ojai.

What did I do?

Hiked. Watched the sunset. Watched leaves move. Lit a candle and just watched it.

And… for the 3 days I was gone nothing fell apart. Not the business. Not the team. Not the family.

During those 3 days, I came together… mind, body, and soul. Reconnected.

The only thing that broke was the story that I had to stay busy to stay safe.

It wasn’t a break. It was an initiation. The first time I chose myself.

If you’ve been daydreaming about it, you don’t need three days. You need one shift, small enough for your real life, that stops you handing your inner knowing to the next urgent thing.

Comment EDGE and I’ll send you the details.
