I CHOSE TO FIGHT MY OWN BATTLES. RAW PROJECTION:—->> WATCH TILL END || MAFIA No excuses. No shortcuts. No waiting for someone to save me. I chose to face my fears, embrace my struggles, and turn every setback into a comeback. Some battles are fought in silence, some victories go unnoticed, but every single day I show up for myself. I’m not here to prove anyone wrong — I’m here to prove to myself how unstoppable I can be. My challenges didn’t break me. They built me. My struggles didn’t define me. They refined me. And my story? It’s far from over. One life. One mindset. Endless possibilities. The fight continues, and so do I. #MindsetMatters #MyOwnBattle #Unstoppable #SelfMade
📸: Dok. kumparan/Jamal Ramadhan, YouTube Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat. Baca selengkapnya dengan klik link di bio. This 10-Second Test Predicts How Long You’ll Live… Can you balance on one leg for 10 seconds? Your answer may predict how long you will live. A major study followed more than 13,000 older adults for seven years and found that four simple physical tests, things you can do right now in your living room with just a sturdy chair, forecast survival with startling accuracy. Performing well on them was linked to a 42% to 59% lower risk of dying over the next seven years. The single strongest predictor was not your cholesterol or your blood pressure. It was how your body moves. Here is what most people miss: your annual checkup measures you sitting perfectly still. But real survival depends on how your brain, nerves, heart, and muscles work together the moment you stand, turn, or catch yourself from a fall. That function often waves a red flag years before any blood test does. In this video I walk you through all four tests, the exact numbers to hit for your age, and why walking five miles a day will NOT save you from a fall. Try the balance test and comment your time below. #HealthyAging #Longevity #BalanceTest
