The Lindsay Clancy case, Anne Hathaway , Verity, The Other Mother ...it's all starting to make sense .

Nothing is spiritually neutral.

Mothers/women a very intentional warning to all of us!

They left him where he fell.

Four and a half metres of marble, cut here on Naxos two and a half thousand years ago. He was supposed to leave the island, but his feet broke before he did.

So he stayed.

He lies in an olive garden now, with a fence around him and a radio playing from the house next door. Nobody tidied him away. They simply built the rest of Naxos around him and let people live beside him for twenty-five centuries.

I think I like him better unfinished.

A finished statue tells you what somebody wanted.

An unfinished one tells you how they worked.

What have you left half done and stopped minding about?

The man used Gemini to create an image depicting a crocodile at Pandan Reservoir and sent it to his colleague. He then deleted the image and the app's history logs from his mobile phone in an attempt to conceal his actions.

On Aug. 20, 2026, national water agency PUB was notified that a crocodile had been sighted at Pandan Reservoir.

PUB and the National Parks Board (NParks) deployed resources to conduct search and capture operations in the area.

Subsequently, PUB discovered that the photograph provided in relation to the reported sighting was fake and the matter was referred to the police on Aug. 21.

The man was charged on Sep. 29 with the offences of communicating false message and obstructing the course of justice.

Both offences carry maximum jail terms of 3 years and 7 years respectively, as well as potential fines.

After 8 1/2 years, I finally did the exterior of my house. I redid A LOT of the siding, added facia boards, and a lot of other repairs and detail work. Painters came in last week and got it painted in 7 days. I couldn’t be happier with the way it came out.

5 WEEKS OUT TILL OUR DEBUT.

137lbs this morning. 24 lbs down since the start of prep. As a reminder I started my journey at 130lbs before the bulk. A very different ~130 pound physique.

At this point, everyone around me can see the change — mostly because apparently my face decided to enter prep before the rest of me.

This is week three at 1,900 calories, with no adjustment needed. The deficit + lifting + posing + cardio 7 days a week is definitely catching up with me, though. Strength is holding, performance in the gym is still strong, but by afternoon I’m basically looking at my bed like it’s the finish line. 🤣

And somehow… I’m still not tired of the food.
I actually hated chicken and rice for breakfast when prep started. Now? I secretly look forward to it. It pairs well with coffee (weird I know) Who even am I?

Posing has also stepped up. I was seeing my posing coach once a month, and we’ve now moved to weekly sessions to polish the details and make sure every little thing is dialed in.

And this week, the quads finally started making a much cleaner appearance. 👀

Five weeks.

The work is showing. The details are coming in. And now it’s about making the package as polished as possible.

Tell’em I am coming👊🏻
