Fashion is my world. The runway is my playground. And somehow, telling people where to walk, when to turn, and how to make it look effortless is the best part of my work. 😉✨ But behind every glamorous runway is a world that’s anything but glamorous — endless planning, split-second decisions, a hundred moving parts and the occasional miracle required to make it all come together. And honestly? I wouldn’t dream of doing anything else. Because for me, Show Direction has never been just about creating a spectacular show. It’s about seeing the bigger picture, bringing out the best in people and turning individual talent into something EXTRAORDINARY together. The models may own the runway, but watching them grow in confidence, mastering their craft, and discovering what they’re capable of? That’s a different kind of joy. 🎬 Every show teaches me something new. Every team challenges me to lead better. And every successful finale reminds me how privileged I am to do what I love — and to help others find their place in this world, too. Fashion gave me my world. The privilege is getting to shape it, one show at a time. 🖤🤍 A heartfelt note for your Monday motivation. -Shakir Shaikh 📸 @noorkhann011
