At just 15, Emily was one of only TWO 15-year-old athletes competing at the 2026 IWF Worlds in Ningbo.

Competing in the women’s 69 kg category, she delivered an incredible performance:

106 kg Snatch
134 kg Clean & Jerk
240 kg Total

She set 7 Youth World Records and finished 5th among the senior world’s best!
