I wish I knew this sooner:

1. Prioritize protein at breakfast
2. Eat the same meals on repeat
3. Add sauerkraut, kimchi, fermented vegetables to simple meals for more flavor + gut health
4. Add plain Greek yogurt to meals for extra protein
5. Snack on blueberries, watermelon or green apples
6. Drink electrolytes
7. Add medjool dates to your midday meal to manage late-night sugar cravings
8. Eat 95% lean beef + sweet potatoes
(instead of a big salad) for lunch
9. Eat dinner between 5-6pm when possible.
10. Plan an after dinner walk when possible
