…Continued from last post Flash forward to the image here. This is me at my healthiest and happiest. To my surprise, the industry is changing for the better! it's Now celebrating healthy bodies in all sorts of shapes and sizes. For me, I've had my fair share of trolls talking about my boobs being fake. I will set the record straight-As a result of healthy living I turned my female hormones back on, and presented me with the body i should of had all along. Naturally this is me. But I also want to say if anyone did decide to have implants then good for them! We shouldn't be making negative remarks on people's bodies. This is also part of the problem! What I also realised along this journey is that you'll never be everyone's cup of tea. You just have to embrace what you got given and let it shine through. If YOU truly love the person YOU are and at your core, then you will realise what others think of you is meaningless. Looking at that fragile girl in my previous post I wish she had someone to talk to from a place of understanding. Or new she wasn’t the only one going through this. I can now say I have never felt more womanly in my own body just by owning it. Something I was so scared of is the exact thing that’s made me feel my best. Not just a surface level but through to my core. I'm not saying I'm anywhere near perfect! I have a lot to learn and I'm sure many other big lessons through life too. However, I do know a lot about this particular subject. And remember, struggle makes you a more empathetic person, and I think that's a pretty amazing quality to have. Lets embrace healthy bodies! Not someone's idea of warped perfection. I say to hell with them. You do you!If you read this and can relate, I hope this makes you feel less alone and that it gets wayyyy better embracing your own body in health and balance.
