ONE COFFEE, THREE WAYS — CHRISTMAS EDITION! 🎄☕️ and yes I know it’s only October!

@pabloandrustys sent me their Christmas Blend, and with tasting notes of dried fruit, allspice and dark chocolate, I couldn’t resist getting a little festive 🎄

A blend of washed Ethiopian and natural Ugandan coffee… trying it three ways:

☕️ Straight espresso
🥛 A flat white
🍊 A Christmas espresso tonic

And can we just talk about that TONIC?! Oh my god. The orange, the rosemary, the coffee… SO bloody good. Christmas in a glass. 😂

Honestly, I think I’ve just found my new Christmas morning tradition.

We're thrilled to be named a finalist in the High Achiever Award category at the 2026 Sustainability Tracker Awards! 🥲

From offsetting our carbon to planting trees, we are so honoured to be recognised for the work our team puts into sourcing and roasting coffee that's not just better for people, but also the planet.

Thank you, @sustainabilitytracker! 🙏🏼

Winners will be announced on 25 November, but for now, we're raising a cup to everyone helping us make a positive impact, one coffee at a time. Thank YOU! 💚 by @pabloandrustys

What a wild weekend in the Pilliga. 🌳 🏃 ☕️

Late last week, Chris and Matt ventured north to the Pilliga Ultra – hosted by @forwildplaces – to pull double duty: serve up P&R coffee AND hit the trails, alongside a community brought together by a love of wild places.

FWP exists to connect outdoor communities with meaningful action to help protect the places they run, hike and explore, making the Pilliga Ultra about much more than crossing a finish line.

Swipe through to come along for the weekend: see the race from Chris and Matt’s POV, catch the action around the P&R stand, and hear from @forwildplaces co-founder Tim about the purpose behind the event.

A huge thank you to the For Wild Places team, volunteers, participants and everyone who stopped by for a coffee and a chat. We loved being part of this incredible event 💚 by @pabloandrustys

Something borrowed, something brewed ☕🤍

Kaylee and Zach brought a touch of romance to @pabloandrustys.syd during their beautiful pre-wedding shoot around Martin Place, courtesy of their talented photographer, candid_chaser. We couldn’t be happier to have played a small part in their special day!

Thank you both for stopping by for a P&R coffee amidst all the excitement. Wishing you a lifetime of love, laughter and plenty of great coffee together!

Almost too pretty to drink... almost. 🌹🍵

Maddie is here to take you through our Rose & Pistachio Matcha – floral, creamy, nutty, and a very good argument for getting pistachio syrup into your house 😏

Two new flavour profiles, one very good reason to head outdoors. 🏕️☕

Meet Finca Betulia and Piendamo, our newest Single Origin Pourtables, bringing TWO exceptional Colombian coffees to wherever your adventures take you.

🍒 Finca Betulia: a natural processed coffee from Huila, grown by Luis Anibal Calderon and his family, with vibrant notes of raspberry, cola, red apple and orange.

🌺 Piendamo: a washed coffee from Cauca, produced by Wilton Benitez, delivering a beautifully complex cup with notes of hibiscus, lemonade, plum and kiwi.

Two distinct expressions of Colombian coffee, made incredibly easy to enjoy. No grinder, no brewing equipment, no fuss. Just your Pourtable, a cup and hot water 👏🏼

Big (and deliciously fluffy) news: @nos.bakehouse has joined the P&R family! 🍞

We are so proud to welcome this Dutton Park favourite to our network of incredible partners. 👏🏼

Every day, the Nos crew makes their light, fluffy shokupan completely from scratch – everything mixed, proofed and baked fresh in-house. It’s no wonder so many regulars keep coming back!

Add cakes, sandos, meals and drinks inspired by Japan’s nostalgic kissaten cafes, all in a bright, striking space with a cosy feel, and you have a true Brisbane gem. 👌🏼

Swipe through for a peek inside, then head over to Dutton Park to say hello in person – they’ll have a fresh P&R coffee waiting for you 🤍
