✨ AWARE. PREPARED. EMPOWERED. ✨ I recently had the opportunity to speak with an amazing group of women about something I believe EVERY woman should practice: situational awareness. You do NOT have to own a firearm to be intentional about your personal safety. Situational awareness starts long before self-defense. It’s paying attention to your surroundings, trusting your instincts, identifying exits, limiting distractions, having a family code word, and recognizing when something just doesn’t feel right. One of the biggest messages I shared: Your first line of defense is awareness. Whether you carry a firearm, pepper spray, another personal safety tool—or nothing at all—your ability to recognize a potential threat early can give you something incredibly valuable: time and options. At our Aware, Prepared & Empowered workshop, we talked about practical ways women can become more intentional about safety without living in fear. The goal isn’t to be afraid of the world around you. It’s to move through it aware, prepared, confident, and empowered. 💕💪🏾 #SituationalAwareness #WomensSafety #WomenEmpoweringWomen#womenempowerment #personalsafety by @packingprettyfirearms
I consider myself an experience hostess! I create experiences for the groups I lead and let’s just say, I do not disappoint! The final bullets and brunch was full of dialogue, sharing ideas, food was amazing and the Tracy Nicole Private Shopping Experience was just what we needed! It’s not often that you see people you’ve supported for years have their clothing in Bloomingdale’s!!! A girl and a gun club Atlanta Chapter is for women that want to be educated, equipped and empowered about guns and gun safety! We are more than a gun club!!!! #packingprettyfirearms #womeninbusiness #womenempoweringwomen #womensgunclub by @packingprettyfirearms

I Am excited to spend today with an amazing group of women for their Aware, Prepared & Empowered Situational Awareness Workshop! 💜 We’re going to laugh, learn, share experiences, and have some fun while discussing ways to stay safe, be more aware of our surroundings, and protect ourselves and our loved ones. As a survivor, this workshop is personal to me. I know firsthand the importance of trusting your instincts, being prepared, and having a plan. I’m grateful that God continues to give me opportunities to use my experiences to educate, encourage, and empower other women. Looking forward to an amazing time of sisterhood, learning, and a few surprises! 💜 @drtoniga #PackingPrettyFirearms #AwarePreparedEmpowered #womenssafety #situationalawareness #womenempowerment by @packingprettyfirearms
Another great Girls’ Night Out with A Girl & A Gun Atlanta! 💕🎯 We spent the evening improving our firearms precision and skills, followed by dinner @eightsushiatl Our conversations even included breast cancer awareness, early detection, and personal experiences that reminded me why I love what I do. We never know whose lives we’re impacting, and I’m equally grateful for how these women impact mine! ❤️ And one of our very own is featured in The Beast on @netflix! Make sure you watch! 🎬 More than firearms training, it’s a sisterhood! 💕💜 #agagatlanta #girlsnightout #sisterhood #womenempowerment #atlanta by @packingprettyfirearms
