As this Bodega Bay project comes to a close, I’m filled with gratitude for the incredible people who helped me bring this vision to life @darchans & @kp_fresh_707

Especially grateful to my creative partner, Klaus Rappensperger, @schnitzkraft for the opportunity to design and create custom @orynobjects ~ jewelry for the home.

Beautiful things happen through collaboration. 🤍

Custom designed wine room is a celebration of craftsmanship, architecture, and the art of collecting, tailored to the clients.

Temperature controlled, warn wood-clad walls, sculptural wine displays, integrated architectural lighting, and bespoke storage create an intimate, gallery-like setting, nestled in nature.

Dramatic black stone tasting island anchors the space, while carefully curated details bring together textures and contemporary design, that can hold 300+ bottles of wine, for the ultimate collector.

More than a wine cellar, this is a space designed to showcase a collection, share exceptional wines, and create lasting memories.

This bathroom began with an Arhaus wallpaper that I fell in love with and ultimately became the inspiration and focal point for the entire space.

But there was one challenge: the wall is curved.

Rather than compromise the design or force a material to do something it wasn’t meant to do, we took the original idea in a completely different direction. I brought in mural artist @chrisamckee to reinterpret the wallpaper by hand, painting the imagery directly onto the architecture.

For me, this is where interior design gets really interesting.

Materiality is everything—the way stone, tile, plaster, paint and handmade elements relate to one another can completely change how a room feels. Here, the softness and movement of the mural creates a beautiful counterpoint to the harder surfaces and gives this bathroom something that could never come from a catalog.

I also love collaborating with other artists and craftspeople. A designer doesn’t need to be the person who makes every element. Part of our job is knowing who to bring into a project to execute an idea beautifully.

And that is one of the reasons hiring experienced professionals matters. Challenging architecture doesn’t necessarily mean compromising the vision. With the right people, it can become the reason something extraordinary happens.

This one isn’t even finished yet—and the transformation is already stunning.

When @stevencozza_realtor said
“I want to ask my favorite person to marry me” we set out together & designed a ring SET that would tell @millycozza story.

A luminous center oval rose cut diamond, a crown of light, and a wedding band created to hug her (literally) engagement ring.

I love that these rings are some of my favorite creations, for 2 of my favorite people on the planet.

✨ For Milly.
Love your love

METAL . WOOD . STONE
materials that shape both my spaces and my jewelry.
Nature’s textures and tones are a constant source of inspiration in everything I design.

Here in Lisbon, the light hits different.
The colors feel warmer (even though it rained everyday I was working here)
Every street, tile, graffiti art and breathtaking Quinta da Regaleira, make me endlessly grateful that I get to create for clients across the globe.
Travel deeply shapes how I design.
Textures, nature, the city’s rhythms, and other artists I discover and have the pleasure to work with, isn’t just a backdrop, it’s a part of the design process.

What place in the world inspires you the most?
