Happy October !! This is one of my favourite months of the year and I could only be happier if the heat would stop already (I want rain and cold). It’s overcast right now, and even though the sun will most likely be blasting in an hour, it actually feels like autumn for now. I'm currently rereading Kingdom of Ash and nearing the end of my tog reread 🥹 It’s been so good to be back in this world and with these characters! This book is tearing my heart to shreds all over again but I can’t wait to sit down and read. I’m trying to come back to posting so bear with me and my simple little posts. If any of you actually sees this post (cough cough instagram has me on engagement lockdown) I’d love to know what you’re currently reading! . . . . . . . . books bookstagram bookworm cosy books reading fantasybooks booklover booksta bookish post reader books aesthetic cozy books explore page romance books throne of glass by @pageswcat
September so far 🍂🐿️🪵 Haven’t posted in so long, so hi, hello, how are you? Just a few bits and pieces of my September so far. Reading-wise, I recently read Burn of the Everflame, and oh my god that book was a threat to my mental health. I love the series. If you haven’t read it, you definitely should! Currently in the middle of my first time ever doing the Empire of Storms x Tower of Dawn tandem read and loving it! Little confession: I skipped Tower of Dawn when I first read Throne of Glass because I hate Chaol (🫣) but I’m actually enjoying the book (still not even halfway through though so let’s see). I kept going back and forth over doing the tandem read or not because Empire of Storms is my favourite book in the series and I was afraid of ruining the experience with the tandem. Did you tandem read? Or do you think it’s best to read the books individually? . . . . . . . . books bookstagram booksbooksbooks bookworm cosybooks reading fantasybooks booklover booksta bookishpost reader booksaesthetic cozybooks explorepage romancebooks by @pageswcat
What I read in a week (working) Last week I read a total of 523 pages which is pretty good considering how chaotic work has been (and how tired I am when I get home). I cannot emphasise enough how much I loved the legends of thezmar series which I’ve now finished. Fate & Furies especially had me completely obsessed! And the fact that I ended up buddy reading the series with my bestie? Nothing beats this feeling. by @pageswcat
Happy Releasing 10 day !!! Can’t believe this book is finally here 🤍🫂 This is one of my most anticipated books of the year and a series i love with my whole heart. I can’t wait to read about Lizzie’s story and be able to finally understand our girl completely ❤️‍🩹 (and hopefully get to see her happy). I’ve already started reading and even though I’m only 10% in I’m already in pain. And I’ve also cried. 💬 who else is reading releasing 10? by @pageswcat

may tbr 🍓🧸🎀 Even though I’m only now getting around to posting, I set it up on the first of the month and have already read three out of these, so I’d say it’s going well (seatmate, fear the flames and the favorites) 🤭 Let’s hope I can stick to it like I did last month. I’m really excited about these books, especially the throne of glass reread and the new releases! Have you read/ are you planning on reading any of these? What books are on your may tbr? . . . . . . . may hopefuls, may tbr, books to read, zodiac academy, restless stars, caught up, the assassins’s blade (reread), passion project, silver elite, releasing 10, the knight and the moth the favorites, fear the flames, seatmate, new book releases by @pageswcat
recent book purchases 🌷🤍 ~ crown of midnight ~ funny story ~ emily wilde’s compendium of lost tales Hii it’s been a while… I’ve been so absent from here but honestly, I had no motivation whatsoever. I really miss bookstagram so when I got a burst of motivation to post/ take some photos on Sunday I just jumped right in. Anyway, I’m slowly purchasing the throne of glass editions (should’ve just bought the box set but oh well) and I finally have the paperback edition of funny story (wish these came out right away). Also bought emily wilde’s 3 and I’m currently reading it and having lots of fun! I got the arc earlier in the year and ended up not reading it 🫣 it was definitely a case of right book wrong time cause I’m really enjoying it now 🤗 by @pageswcat
10 before the end 🌧️🤎🧺 Here’s a list of books I hope to manage to read before the end of the year (second photo). I have just finished lost and lassoed but since I’d already made this list days ago and had already altered it once I just left it as is. Chose this moment to show off my belladonna hardcovers as I don’t think I’d posted about them yet 🤭 All three books are absolutely stunning! I read belladonna in september and foxglove in october. The plan was to read wisteria in november but I don’t think I’ll manage that and I’m blaming zodiac academy! I suppose this may be too ambitious considering I do tend to read more of whatever isn’t on my current tbr but I guess we’ll see 😅. 💬 | have you read any of these? by @pageswcat
zodiac academy • the series that’s taken over my life and effectively derailed my autumn tbr 🧸🧺🤎 I’m so obsessed with zodiac it’s not a joke! I get completely immersed to the point i feel emotionally overwhelmed. One moment I feel guiddy with joy and the next thing i know i’m fuming. To think I hadn’t picked it up yet cause i thought i wouldn’t like it. I finished book 5 [ cursed fates ] yesterday and that ending destroyed me (again) so i decided to pick up the big a.s.s. party (the name 🥲) right away and i have to tell you that novella was something i didn’t know i needed! I have lots of thoughts on this series but i also don’t want to spoil anything. Even though i’ve been saying this since book 2 i really do think i’ll pick something else to read now but we’ll see how well i manage to control myself. 💬 | have you read this series? if not is it on your tbr? by @pageswcat

I read so much (don’t ask me how cause i really don’t know) and such good books as well! I guess the arrival of the ber months brought with it a huge reading mood. From finding new favourites to rereading old loves… i had the best time 🤭. reading update 🍂🧺🪵🤎 With the arrival of September and the promise of Autumn i decided to start a harry potter reread. I’ve already finished the first three books and I’m currently 200 pages into Goblet of Fire and loving every second of being back in the wizarding world. 💬 | what’s your favourite harry potter book/ film? My favourite is the prisoner of azkaban 🤭 by @pageswcat
elements of cadence appreciation post ✨ I’ve finally picked up this series and I’ve fallen in love with it. I read A River Enchanted right at the beginning of September (immediate 5 stars) and am currently reading A Fire Endless. Even before I finished the first book I had already ordered the second and was dying to continue with the story. I feel like this is a fantastic time of year to read these books as it’s set in summer but imbued in melancholy. It’s just this feeling I have… the ambiance of the series fits perfectly with the turn of the seasons from Summer into Autumn. Such beautiful books with impeccably beautiful writing that enraptured me completely from the beginning (as was to be expected from Rebecca Ross). 💬 | have you read this series? what were your thoughts on it by @pageswcat
