Left lost and empty, came back full.

Sunsets, beaches, dogs and friends.
Not many in the pictures but plenty of amazing people met on the road.
The smiles, jokes and good times.

Unfiltered Memories of sunsets and Dreams :) by @pagu_

Has been an incredibile january plenty which welcome my 30's and definitely shows my splitted personalities

From incredibile sunsets on costarican beaches walking on warm sand where i had the opportunità to meet, connect with incredibile people from all over the world (too many to count to be honest). I could recharge my batteries and my vitamin D. And where i felt indescrivibile emotions feeling the Power of the Ocean under my feet.
(Thanks to @alycurran24 and @cfarrell22 for the picture where i can actually claim i was able to stand on the surf board).
Landing for an incredible birthday party with family and Friends
Ending in a dark factory listening to an event which Will definitely define the history of techno music for 2 nights in a row.

Ask me if I am Happy,
Well last picture says everything 🤣

✨ Meet the Chef Luca Ferrari

Italian in origin, now the head Chef at Stokkoya Strandhotell in Norway, this culinary artist has experience working for Ducasse in South France and Paris, as well as at Credo. Having had an interest in marine biology since a young age, the chef finds joy in combining the two biggest passions at Strandbaren: the Kitchen and the Sea.

When cooking, the chef loves to make the ingredients shine, emphasizing their flavors and qualities, while wasting as little as possible. There is a deep love for grilling and open fire, with all the flavors this imparts to the food.

Simplicity and the knowledge acquired during years of travel around Europe come together in the chef’s creations. The dream is to transmit all that has been learned and gained from the people encountered along the journey.
