And we be like… 🫂 For ALL things work together for the good by @palmaniliving
Make. It . Make . Sense. Actually don’t. Leave that thought process alone. The attention on what went wrong. Let it gooooo All things… ALL THINGS… work together for my good✨ Trust me, this awareness makes you #unfuckwitable 🙌🏾 by @palmaniliving
Our Triggers are our teachers. Maybe you don’t actually visit pages that trigger you, but they still come up on your feed somehow. 🤔 What’s wrong with this algorithm?? Now you’re thinking, I need to take a break from social media. But you’re triggered in real life as well… Well I need to take a break from… people… Do you see the pattern here? This message isn’t to suggest we need to resist what is bothering/triggering us. It’s a spiral that eventually ends in loneliness. It’s a CTA for us to become more curious about our triggers. To open up the inner conversation about: Why seeing or hearing this bothers me so much? How have I been similar but hate seeing myself as “bad”? How is this perspective familiar to me/from my past? You’ll either begin to retreat, or attack. And I’m here to remind you that you can be in WAY more spaces than you think, learning from your triggers, and open to more love than you Can even imagine… without you needing to change.anyone.or. Anything.outside of you. Just take a moment to think of the pages that trigger you the most, and what their messages mean to you, and begin to take your power back. I’m not saying it’s as simple as watching this reel, but maybe you’ll care more about how you feel and get curious about the triggers instead of allowing them to dictate your reactions. I love you 🤍 by @palmaniliving
Life is so good. And time is traveling fast … so I stay Timeless✨👌🏾🥰 by @palmaniliving
A taste of my bday month ♌️✨✨✨ so much love, it’s palpable. The food I’ve eaten, the laughter shared, it’s like gratitude isn’t a strong enough word. But honestly I AM grateful to be present when life shows up in its myriad of waves and I find myself able to surf 🏄🏽‍♀️ them all. Thank you for sending me love to celebrate my life and also making time to spend precious, sweet, amazing moments with me. It just keeps getting better🥰 I love you by @palmaniliving

time for silence… yeah it’s time. It’s really just you deciding to not speak. For 2 hours. Simple. And what I find is that intention alone, slows me down and allows me to JUST LISTEN. I believe being a good listener just makes you a better communicator. You’re listening intently not just to the outside world and others, but to your self. It’s like the first step into being the observer of it all. The first step to more alchemy in your life. To see is to listen. So on the “first day” of this year we’re going to practice a little more intention, together. Very personal. Yet very community. Both can be true. ✨ by @palmaniliving
Anything you need to LET GO OF? Hairlikeme was started with an intention of getting deeply connected to how I present myself and reflecting on who I am as a person. My hair is like me in ALL its ways of expression. My hair also needs to release excess weight / baggage/ messaging that no longer serves me. It’s time. Change is always constant in our lives and sometimes you get to an empowered space where you can authentically and accountably create the change yourself. I’m so grateful for the experiences and lessons I’ve learned while having this hair. And now that I’ve integrated it all and stepping into new chapters, I release! Maybe cutting your hair isn’t how you choose to release right now, but I’m sure you have something you can let go of… with love and intention for what you’re making space for. Now if you want a new look , and I or ANYONE at @blacksheepsalonlbc can support you in this transition, hit us up. We got you 🫶🏾✨✨✨ by @palmaniliving
