From the salty marshes of the Chesapeake Bay to the Lowcountry roots I now call home brings you @palmettoandbay !

I wanted a name that honors the two coastal bodies of water that shaped who I am and how I view hospitality. We’re redefining events with our signature oysters, caviar & confections roaming hawker trays—bringing interactive, luxury dining directly to your guests. No stuffy setups, just unforgettable bites and unmatched energy. 🥂
