This was def going on the feed but this lowkey a more emotional post for me… Last lift at LT 😔 As someone who kinda hates change… change was very much needed. I’ve been feeling like I’ve outgrown the life I created here, and my close friends and family have seen me struggle through that. LT became such a big part of my routine, my recovery, and honestly my life for a while. Just because something isn’t broken doesn’t mean it’s still working for you. I have so much love and appreciation for the people who helped me through my recovery and fitness journey, as well as the incredible friends I looked forward to seeing every day. I’ll always be grateful for what this place gave me and who I became while I was here. 🤍 But sometimes growth means knowing when it’s time to move on. This is your sign to stop waiting for life to change for you. Make the move. Create the opportunity. Outgrow the version of your life that no longer fits. by @paloma_lifts
Cold plunge anyone??? Did I plan the hike? Yes Did I say “ I hate this” the entire way up? Also yes Just a girl with her Filipino calves and the few times a year she actually trains them 🤷🏽‍♀️ Spiritual I was here at first sun by @paloma_lifts

60 XT completed 💪🏽 Fell off for a bit. The gym started feeling dreadful even though it’s usually my serotonin boost. I kept feeling guilty if my 100% didn’t look better than yesterday’s 100%. Turns out progress doesn’t disappear because you have a rough few weeks. Maintained muscle and lost fat, those lava cakes had nothing on me The bitch is, in fact back by @paloma_lifts

I’ve been telling people my knee was broken for so long that my PT the other day corrected me and said it’s fixed now. And honestly no better way to celebrate the 1 year anniversary of tearing my acl than focusing on getting my quad strength back 💪🏽 #aclrecovery #acltear #acl by @paloma_lifts
